Returns & Refunds
If you have purchased an item(s) from us and would like a return or refund please ensure that, the products are in their original condition and packaging. The goods must be in saleable condition. As we will not be able to offer return/refunds for damaged goods. Also please read the following policy below.

Please retain your receipt - If satisfactory proof is provided that the products were purchased from Betu, then only we can proceed to accept the product for return/refund.

Assessment of product - Following proof of purchase, the item(s) should also be a resaleable condition. We cannot offer a refund/return for goods that have sustained damage

Any return of product will incur a 10% restocking & administration fee, please keep this in mind & ensure you are purchasing the correct amount of product for your project

Buyer to arrange return postage.

Products such as tinted paint, opened paint cans and customised (made to order) products are not eligible for a refund/return.
